Our Mission

The owner of Boulder Valley Towing is Terri Pelham.  Terri was part of the start up crew when Doug Shull created the company in 1994.  After having spent a few years living in California she returned to Boulder Valley Towing as the General Manager.  In May of 2008 she took over as the owner.  Terri has been in the towing industry since 1989.  She believes that a woman owning a business such as this needs to be able to do the job as well.  She is also a full time driver for the company. 

Company Profile

We are members of the Towing and Recovery Professionals of Colorado (T.R.P.C.).  Terri Pelham was the first woman to be elected to the executive board of directors for this organization and is currently serving her third term.  "Towing & Recovery Professionals of Colorado is the state association here to help towers find information on our industry, handle state level legislation, meetings with other towers to find out what is happening in their part of the state. We also have a Widows and Orphans Relief Fund that helps families in the case of a serious accident or death."  Being involved in the industry at this level keeps Boulder Valley Towing up to date and informed about the towing industry and the laws that impact it.
